The Township of Douro-Dummer is seeking proposals from qualified and professional consulting firms to:

• assist in the development of a Corporate Strategic Plan, building off the work that has already been completed, that will allow the Township to strategically manage the direction of this term of Council and beyond;
• build off the success of Council’s direction from the 2015 – 2018 Strategic Plan; and
• engage Council and Staff and the public in the process of developing the plan.
