Service Delivery Review |
In 2020, the Township took part in a Service Delivery Review with WSCS Consulting. The main takeaway from the review are recommendations outlined by the consultants on how to better improve services and processes as well as reduce costs and increase revenues. |

Council Remuneration Statement |

Development Charges Study 2019 |
In 2019, the Township updated their development charges policy and recommendations were provided in a study based on the estimated growth that the Township will experience. |

Finance Department
Asset Management Plan |
The Asset Management Plan focuses on the current state of the municipality’s asset portfolio and its approach to managing and funding individual service areas or asset groups. The AMP is a living document that will be updated regularly as additional assets and financial data become available. This will allow the Township to re-evaluate the state of infrastructure and identify how the organization’s asset management and financial strategies are progressing. |

Development Charges Annual Report |

Financial Information Returns (FIR) |
The Financial Information Return (FIR) is a standard set of year-end reports which capture financial and statistical information for each Municipality in the Province. Every Municipality in the Province will complete and submit a Financial Information Return to the Ministry each year. Parks and Recreation Master Plan is a guide for the Township's parks and recreation services, programs and facilities to help the department reach goals regarding planning, policy and facility improvements. |
Public Works and Waste Management
Landfill Annual Reports |
The annual report reviews the operations of the Township's transfer stations to remain in compliance with the certificates of approval for waste transfer station issued by the Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP). |
Road Needs Study |
In 2021, the Township retained the services of D.M. Wills Associates to undertake a review of the Township's road network and assess its physical condition and various road attributes. This study is completed every 4 years. Road Needs Study Report 2021 |
