Take Notice that the Township of Douro-Dummer will hold a Public Meeting to consider the passing of a by-law to adopt new and amended building fees and charges under Section 7(6) of the Building Code Act, as amended, at the Council Meeting on December 19, 2023.

Date and Time:   Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at 5:00 p.m.   

Location:             Council Chambers of the Municipal Office

                              894 South Street, Warsaw ON and Electronic Meeting Site

Public Hearing:  Any person may attend the public meeting and/or make written or oral representation either in support of, or in opposition to, the proposed permit fee schedule.  Should you wish to participate electronically and speak during the meeting to provide comments, please register with the Clerk’s Department in advance of the meeting by emailing martinac@dourodummer.on.ca.  You must receive the Zoom link from the Clerk’s Department to speak at the meeting.

If you wish to view the public meeting in real time, but do not wish to speak to the proposed changes, the meeting will be hosted on the Township’s YouTube Channel.  The meeting will also be recorded and available after the meeting for public viewing on the same platform.
