Take Notice that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Douro-Dummer intends to pass an amending By-law pursuant to Section 36(4) of The Planning Act to remove the Holding Symbol (H) from certain lands zoned Special District 217 – Holding (S.D. 217-H), Special District 218 – Holding (S.D. 218-H), Special District 219 – Holding (S.D. 219-H), Special District 220 – Holding (S.D. 220-H), Special District 221 – Holding (S.D. 221-H), Special District 222 – Holding (S.D. 222-H), and Special District 223 – Holding (S.D. 223-H).

The Council of the Corporation of the Township of Douro-Dummer will consider the proposed amending By-law not earlier than May 2, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. during the regular Council meeting.
