The Township of Douro-Dummer has been working on its budget for 2025. Draft departmental budgets were presented to Council on January 7th and 9th, 2025 and a Council working session is to be held on Thursday, January 23, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. All materials are available on the Township website for public viewing.

A public meeting will be held as part of the Regular Council Meeting on Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. regarding the 2025 Draft Budget. An overview of the budget and the proposed tax rate will be presented and then the floor will be open for public comments and questions. A copy of the budget presentation and meeting agenda will be available after the Council working session on the Township website.

The public can attend the meeting in-person or can register to attend virtually via Zoom. Please contact the Clerk - Deputy CAO by email or phone 705-652-8392 x 210 no later than 9:00 a.m. on the day of the Council meeting if you wish to attend via Zoom.

If you would like to view the Council meeting in real time, but do not wish to speak, the meeting will be livestreamed and recorded on the Township of Douro-Dummer’s YouTube channel. The meeting will also be recorded and available after the meeting for public viewing on the same platform.
