The Douro-Dummer Public Library is grateful to have recently received a donation of art to our permanent collection from local artist David Goyette. Huge thanks to David for this beautiful piece!

And speaking of art, don’t miss Culture Days coming up October 5^th 2024 here at DDPL, organized by the Friends of the Library. Local artist Tina Fridgen (Douro Art Studios) will lead participants in a community arts mural-making project. All ages and artistic abilities welcome.

There will also be a guided bus tour of Douro-Dummer led by Craig Murray (Trent School of the Environment). Come celebrate art and local culture with Culture Days at Douro-Dummer Public Library!
